Merge dev → main: Skills v3.1 全面升級 + 審查問題全修完
- 53 個 SKILL.md（含明確 slug frontmatter，無 importer 衝突）
- 全部 11 個 Agent 技能配置完整（72 個技能分配）
- .mcp.json：7 個 MCP server（台股 + 美股 + 財報 + 投組）
- .paperclip.yaml：envInputs 移至 projects.inputs.env
- 審查員 P1-P8 全部修正，dry-run warnings: [], errors: []
- 台股 + 美股雙市場覆蓋

- 更新全部 11 個 Agent 的 AGENTS.md（含原本空白的 ceo 與 xiao-an）
- 更新 docs/agent-skill-mapping.md 至 v3.0（71 個配置，62 個技能）

引入 17 個來自 tradermonty/claude-trading-skills、OctagonAI/skills、
